There is a two night minimum for weekend stays. Foliage and holidays may require multiple night stays.
For the safety and comfort of all our quests, we are a NON-SMOKING INN. Also as a luxurious and peaceful retreat, our guests are adults only. We cannot accomodate children.
We serve a full breakfast every morning. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions as much in advance as possible.
Check-in time is 3pm - 7pm. Check-out by 11am. Early or late check In is by prior arrangement only.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Travelers Checks (received within 5 days of reservation date) Full payment for your stay is required at check in.
We will email you a confirmation letter upon receipt of this information. (or snailmail, if requested).
The I.B. Munson House B&B is a small property where every guest reservation is important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date (30 days during foliage and holiday periods) for a cheerful refund of any deposit, less a $35 processing fee. If you must cancel with less than the required notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. However, the happy news is, we will issue a house credit toward your next stay, good for the full amount (less a $35 service fee) which is valid for six months from your original arrival date! (non-transferable and not available to no-shows or early departures)
Although we know most people understand this, experience compels us to mention that guest rooms are limited only to the individuals for whom the reservation is made, for the duration of the stay.
